I have been a customer almost 2 years. My trash has not been picked up since l put out in FEBRUARY. l had to go out of town for work and now in quarantine. I have called 3 times been told driver would be contacted. Nothing. As of this date the most vile smelling container still at end of driveway. I was told that the owner was to pick up but office could not get him to answer cell phone. Last week l asked to cancel the service, trash still out, entire container going to dump. Terrible service, they don’t care about a good paying customer. Would never ever use again.
