Needed an air-cast recently for my left foot. Looked on-line for a home medical supplier close to where I live. Store staff was very helpful, space was well lit and product displays were many and of great variety. Staff volunteered that if I needed something special, they could order it. I found what I needed from in-store stock. A pleasant experience.
Went back a second time needing a post-op multi-adjustable sandal/ shoe, found what I needed and decided I would get two to be at the same height when walking as I recovered from surgery. I asked if there was a discount for getting the second sandal, bought a pair of heel supports and some Tylenol. At checkout, the clerk gave me the second sandal for free and discounted the Tylenol price 50%. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. My overall rating is A+. They are also a full pharmacy and will mix compounds to Doctor's orders.
