The good: I have four used vehicles ranging from 13 years old and 250k miles, to 43 years old and 100k miles. Between towing toy haulers and long commutes, they get driven regularly and often, and they work hard. I need all four to run reliably. Hardings keeps them on the road. The bad: good, fast, cheap - you can have two out of three from any service center. Since I have four vehicles I can afford to be without one for a while, which means I can let the shop be slow, cheap, and good. If you MUST have your vehicle serviced and turned-around quickly, expect to pay more - but that will be true anywhere.
