Very unpleasant, confrontational people to deal with, especially Linda Vinueza - mean and unprofessional. Every time I had to deal with them was like they were doing me a favor by even talking to me.

This company is absolutely terrible. Two years ago, we were without hot water for 14 days and when asked about a rent reduction, the company claimed, "Well, it wasn't our fault." They are completely unpleasant to deal with, are completely arbitrary in their rent hikes, and like any scummy landlord, try to evict rent controlled tenants based on fabricated violations. I highly recommend you not live in a Delta-owned property.
