Extremely rude customer service. Called billing regarding a question. The lady (did not identify her name) treated me like I was incompetent and failed to pay my bill when in fact I forgot to update the new account number so the payment went to a prior account number. I wanted to verify the payment had been applied and assure them I would update the new account on my end. She needs a taste in dealing with customers. Come walk a few days in my shoes as a social worker and see what customer service is all about. Maybe you wont hate your job so much.

This company is horrible and unprofessional! They drive at unsafe speeds down the alleys where kids and pets are walking. They also drive down my alley (Como Park Way) about 4 days a week when they are not even collecting trash. it wakes me up very early and I have insomnia. This company is responsible for my tired days and not being able to get work done. Stop terrorizing my neighborhood!!!!!!!!!!

This company is very unprofessional and rude! One of the trucks broke my sons basketball hoop and didnt even knock on my door to apologize, I seen him do it with my own eyes! When I called the company the driver denied it and the operator was rude. I left 3 voice mails for the supervisor and still haven't got a call back! Not only does their service suck they charge double the price monthly compared to the house I previously lived in.
