We specialize in Philips and FEI Transmission Electron Microscopes. We have parts for most TEM's manufactured by Philips, ranging from the 200 series through CM FEG'S. We also make and install CCD Cameras for Transmission Electron Microscopes. In addition, have parts available for some Philips STEM systems, JEOL TEM systems, and some other manufacturers . SIS can also repair many EM related peripheral instrumentation such as EDS detectors and cameras.
