Store 3352 is the worst store I have ever seen they have employees that don't do their jobs 3 in particular that sit on the backsides and bully another employee that has a mental disability and the manager does nothing to stop it I know for a fact that it is against mapco company policy to bully anyone this has been going on for 2 years now and nothing has been done to stop it the manager a year ago was bad but this new manager is worse and to top that off the district manager won't even lift a finger on stop it either on another not I have witnessed on several occasion said 3 employees smoking Marijuana while on the clock and the manager is fully aware that they are doing this and has not taken any action to curb this behavior given the location of this store security is heavily recommended I recommend a mass rehire of employees and management for this store of shutting it down all together

At store 3220 on Smith springs road Antioch. I stopped to get gas and use the restroom. I'm pretty sure it was the manager. But he refused to let me use the restroom. Both men and women's bathrooms where open. My wife just came out of one of them. When I went to use the bathroom he just said " no nope unta". Was very rude about it. But I'm not surprised he commonly rude and on many occasions I've have had to wake him up while he was sleeping behind the counter. So I could pay for whatever I was trying to by. bathrooms are rarely cleaned. There use a black and mild wrapper in the sink four days in arrow. The store is often messy on the days he is there. I came in one morning there was soft drink all over the floor when I came back 4 hours later there was still not been cleaned up just had a wet floor sign and a mop bucket it's very dirty water that was a different color than soft drink so it was used to clean something nasty but wasn't used nor was there any attempt to clean the soft drink from the time I was there in the morning nor the time I came in there to get gas at lunch. The same guy was working. As tonight (2/15/2021). He's made my wife stand at the counter while her and other shoppers where in the store while he was outside smoking. This has happened a few times from what she has told me. One time she said that her and two other people where trying to check out and couldn't because he was the only one working but he just stood outside smoking giving them a dirty look. One timd there where two people working and they locked the doors with a sign saying they where in the bathroom. Why wouldn't one check people out while one used the restroom then swap so the store could stay open. They where close for 20mins during the middle of the day. I rarely complain or give reviews good or bad. Service either has to be extremely excellent or in this case extremely poor on many cases for me to wright one.

i have been going to mapco store 3216 for 13 yrs went in store saturday 07/11/2020 the employee put my gas on wrong pump ask him to change it he said it wasnt his problem finally got my money back hes always rude gets mad when you come in cause he dont want get up never says hello or thnk you never gives me my total i have to look as the register ive worked in retail gas station restraunt you not suppose be that way so i want go back

If there were negative stars, I would give Mapco a negative 2...at the very least.
I have purchased gasoline at store #5158 on three different occasions. Each time, there has been some sort of pump-card-reading malfunction. At 1:54pm today 12/26/2019, I was forced to go into the store three times in order to purchase gasoline. (Register 2, Transaction #3785, Op ID 10118256) The employee, Shannon, was at total smart aleck...actually, much worse. She smarted off to me because I told her, "If you know that there is a problem with the equipment, then inform the proper auth-." Immediately, she interrupted me with her smart response. She has NO business dealing with the American public. Whoever hired Shannon made a BIG mistake.
Later, I called Mapco to file a former complaint. I gave the information to Ashley, who "said" that she would pass my concerns to the district manager. In addition, I voiced my opinion that Shannon should be fired, or severely disciplined. I also asked Ashley for the DM's name so that I could write him/her a letter; however, Ashley would not give out the DM's information. Of course, this communicates to me that Mapco will do ABSOLUTELY nothing about Shannon's behavior.
I will not overlook this injustice. I intend to continue my quest for disciple of Shannon. It is time for sorry-excuses-for-human-beings to begin treating real people with respect. And, if they can't handle the fire, then they need to remove themselves from the kitchen.

The mapco in Covington tn.. I went there today at 6:45 the woman at the counter wouldn't sell me cigarettes because I had a paper I.d ok fine I understand that but then I went back inside to pay for gas she said I can't even do it I said ok I'm calling ur manager so when I called the lady at the counter picked up the phone and said fuck you bitch come back inside hoe sooo I'm calling tomorrow when y'all open in the morning because that is just so disrespectful!!!! Disgusted.

I used to buy beer and gas some chips but now I have started to go right across the street to speedway because your store manager will not fill the scratch offs. I like getting my tickets their but know forced to shop where else. The in my referring about is at una antioch pk and murfreesboro pk.

Very poor. Seems every time I visit one of their stores upper management is in the way. Customer service is the last thing of their mind. As a customer I should not have to hear how employees are being written up for things under the control of private, outside contractors. This has happened now in three locations. I have a cure for that, SHOP SOME WHERE ELSE!!

I have shopped at the Mapco in Clarksville Tennessee daily, since the day it opened. Everytime I go in there, there is a new face. I wondered why you could not keep employees, until I met your manager or she claimed to be anyway. You had the knock off gator aid 2 for 2. I checked the shelf talker and it was still 2 for 2. when I got to the register and new cashier told me my total for the 2 for 2 drinks were 2.83 when I queshioned her she said it was tax. No sorry it wasn't. Manager came over. I told her the shelf talker was still there would she like to go look with me. She put her hands on her hips and started screaming at me that she didn't need to check she had changed it her self. Needless to say I walked out and have not been back. I will not go back until this is fixed. I have seen and had many other issues in there but this was the last straw. And she was a manager

If the clerks were behind billet proof glass, these robberies would stop! Other gas stations installed them and you never hear about a robbery! Get with the times Mapco!
