The most HORRILE customer service I have ever dealt with. Obviously DESPERATE for money as they (Karen) NEVER told me there was a charge to test jewelry (I have been there several times prior with NO CHARGE). AFTER she tested it she demanded $5.00! The ladies then laughed at me saying I should be grateful. They sell cheap reproductions with inflated prices! Have ZERO customer service skills and obviously JUDGED me coming through the door. I am a part time CPA and full time Executive Chef. College educated and probably smarter than ALL of them on my worst day! Good Greif! STAY AWAY from this place folks! Rip-ff and NOT HONEST!
