BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They installed a mini-split AC unit October 2018 in my home. July 2019 I started having an issue with the unit. After a couple of attempts to resolve the issue, the owner actually told me that I should contact another dealer and that he didn't know what to do. I called the Trane corporate office and was given a potential solution. I made several calls and left messages for Advance to call me and told them Trane had given a potential solution and I NEVER received a call from them. I made a formal complaint against Advance with the Trane corporate office. I guess once they install a HVAC unit for you and are paid that's the end of their customer service. I would never advise anyone to do business with Advance. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!
