Alex Goldenberg refuses to pay a balance of $5,670.70 from December 2019. After providing discounts and helping him with a lower down payment he refused to pay. He now has a unit that he essentially stole. Thank you for taking money from me and my family.

Do not sell to Alex Goldenberg. He has had an outstanding debt of over $49,000 since June 2015 which he refuses to pay. Following is correspondence with the collection agency we hired: Be advised that after numerous attempts to recover the outstanding balance of $49,467.54 owed to you by the above named Debtor, the obligation remains unsatisfied. It is apparent that the Debtor has chosen to ignore this matter and will not pay this balance voluntarily. In light of the Debtor’s refusal to liquidate this matter, we are recommending that immediate legal action against the Debtor be commenced in order to recover these funds. Be warned.
