I visit T G Brooks 4 or 5 times a year, and every time I receive prompt and courteous service. If I don't know exactly what I need, they always help me with good advice. Also, if I can't find something, they actually walk me over to where it is to show me and stick around to help me select what I need. Overall, this is a great store that is always a pleasure to shop at.

I visited theis business two days in a row and the customer sevice was lacking. When I asked the owner for advice, he gave me a quick, rude and sarcastic response. He never said thank you, come back and see us, or anything that would have been deemed inviting. He hardly made eye contact and never smiled. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered in customer service. Next time I need something, I will probably venture to the larger chain store down the way. Just a terrible small town store expereince.
