ABBA Realty Associates, Inc. is a family run, boutique real estate office specializing in rentals throughout New York City's five boroughs. ABBA opened in 1993 as a real estate firm specializing in government and program rentals. The mission was simple: to better the community through providing top of the line service to agencies and eligible tenants. Since, we've become an industry leader in nonprofit housing and governmental programs. In 1997, ABBA expanded our office and mission to include general market residential and commercial rentals. With over 18 years in real estate, we apply our vast knowledge of the industry to provide you with real estate services in a simplified down to earth way while educating our landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers on all of their options. Based in Brooklyn, we have an intimate knowledge of all the Borough's neighborhoods and can find the apartment or property that is perfect for you.
