I cannot express how absolutely awful Fosdick is. Fosdick will never take responsibility for any issues. You will be thrown to the wayside as soon as you sign on with them. The reps will not respond to you for days and days even after consistent outreach. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! These issues were felt well before the pandemic so this is not a result of that. They have been terrible for years and are only getting worse as more people get tricked into signing on with them. Constant shipping issues, constant lying and blaming the courier when it is blatantly the fault of Fosdick. I know this because we've caught them in this lie numerous times. Just a constant mess. Don't let the low cost trick you. You're better off paying more because your customers will hate you because of the awful Fosdick experience. I promise.
