I bought a 16x40 shed from them in December which didn't pass inspection two times now because they didn't put any tie-downs and anchors. When they came to put anchors in, they still did it wrong and it has to be re-done. It's 7 months later and we still aren't passing basic building code requirements due to their work and it's costs us a lot of time, money, and headache in the end. If I could do it again, I would never touch Elite Buildings again. Since our purchase, the business was owned by their father, Hayden Quinn, since he has retired and gave the business to his son, Chad Quinn, Chad believes we aren't his responsibility since his dad sold us the house, not him although, it's still under the same business name. We will be filing a lawsuit. I hope this helped other's that are looking to buy from them.
