carolina fast mart store number two has big problems. the manager of this store takes out her frustrations on her employees in front of customers. quite often leading into arguments and customers having to wait on checking out. this manager cannot be following company policy at all by doing stuff like this. way to much outside time smoking cigarettes and not putting up groceries on grocery day and keeping store items fronted up. bad deal all around during the day hours. manager just not following policies adopted for store. ask the regular employees in private, they will tell you also. one employee just got wrote up for cashing a 100 dollar bill for a customer to. after the last store meeting last week and the owner saying it was ok to cash a 100 dollar bill.manager wants things her way, not company way.
