STAY AWAY from this company, We rented dumspters from this company and they removed them from our properties when they were empty. I spoke to customer service and was told they could only keep a dumster at a location for two weeks. I never signed a contract agreeing to a two weeks only rental. I rented these dumpsters and paid over $1300 with the understanding we would fully filled them before they could remove them.

Worse Company ever!! No Accountability for Property Destruction & a Hit and Run Offense! The garbage truck driver, confirmed by a handler, as well as other company employees, Vandalized & Destroyed residential property while driving a Roselle Garbage truck. A Supervisor will not even get on the phone, nor return my calls. He asked his receptionist, Ricky to tell me to handle it with the police & the court system! When I asked Ricky the Supervisors name, he told me to look it up on the website. Hs stated he did not know his name. An absolutely Deplorable show of Human Kindness & Lack of Empathy for the community in which they serve! Truly Disgusting behavior from this company... they should be ashamed of themselves!

Terrible employees.. I got into an argument with all 3 employees on the truck... They flicked me off..calling me stupid and telling me to shut up... I went to fairfield office and made a complaint and today I see one of the guys I argued with working... Goes to show that this company is OK with the employees cursing the residents out as long as they pick up your garbage. Cuz that's how they make money

Not a fan... Terrible when an employee of Roselle Sanitation argues about taking your trash away, which is their job!! I am a home owner ,tax payer, who also have a family member tip the guys around the holidays, To leave three small pieces of carpet which two of them were tied up, and two small boxes of outdated milk behind and have the nerve to tell my wife we are making his job hard and this will teach us a lesson is unacceptable. Believe me when I say im very upset and intend to express my concern to the city of Clifton as well , several of our neighbors witnessed this and our just as upset.

I am a resident , of the City of Bayonne. I must say that my experiences with your drivers on the Prospect Avenue route ~ specifically the 30th street and Prospect Avenue route, is by far superior to any drivers I've ever interacted with in the past. Although the older drivers, may no longer have this route, they too were just just fine. Intent of this letter - the drivers that are currently on that route are by far the best drivers I have experienced in by 45 + years there. These current gentlemen are nice, kind , & often nod or wave hello. Knowing non of these men personally, they have explained right from wrong in terms of garbage and recycleable regulatoons. They seem to be such a good fit of guys working together. I hope they get paid as good as they work. I understand being in the "sanitation" field pays well. These particular guys sure do deserve it. Where I live, there used to be errors, sloppiness, & disarray to a degree. I am very glad to report that I have not experienced anything except pure professiolism, integrity and hard work from these 2 men and their driver !! Thank you for employing such a great team. I am a Belleville NJ resident and have a terrible experience with Roselle Sanitation services employees. The driver and pick up people are very argumentative and hostile. They will not pick up bulk garbage on Fridays as they are suppose to and leave me in bad situation. I wish, that the management provide some sort of training or a supervisor should follow the truck and ensure that they are picking up the garbage satisfactorily.
