I had a terrible experience with this company! They damaged a $200 Versace shirt! They completely removing all of the lettering and imaging; however, left an outline of what use to be. The young male attending the cleaners placed the shirt in between other clothing I picked up that day, and never addressed the damaged shirt. I was even charged for it! I noticed the damage when I got home and returned to the cleaners the following day. The young male tells me he is not responsible for and damages. I have taken the same shirt to this cleaners in the past, when and older lady and gentleman ran the shop. I had no issues with the service then. I will tell all who will listen to never use their services, because of the way I was treated. Prior to this issue I have used this cleaners for 4 plus years. This story took place on August 2, 2013, and I returned to the cleaners on August 3, 2013. IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR PROPERTY DAMAGED, DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANERS!
