This is the single worst small business I have ever dealt with. Alliant put a hot water heater in my condo that started to rust in just over 6 months. When I contacted them, they made 5 appointments to come out and look at it and did not show up for any of them - they also did not call to cancel, I had to contact them and reschedule. When they finally did a shoddy job of repairing their inferior product, they charged me for their awful customer service and poor repair job. After some discussion, the owner agreed to give me a refund for the repair work. That was over 3 months ago. Since then he has left two voice mails and sent one text to me assuring me he would stop by with my refund. Of course he never has. Please stay away from this business as they sell inferior products, offer terrible customer service and do NOT stand behind the garbage they sell. I intend to take this crook to small claims court for the terrible repair job and I’m also considering suing him for the hot water heater that lasted less than a year as well.
