Thanks for listening to my 'coupon' frustration. Andy at your office was very reassuring by telling me that you are working on a system to alleviate this frustration for the customers. I like to shop local whenever I can and I have found myself going to Walmart and Cub Foods instead, to avoid this frustration. Today when I decided to go to your store, I ended up going back to the customer service desk with the items I was going to purchase, many of them coupon specials. It took me forever to go through the coupon book and the flyers, and I was only at the vegetable department! I decided I was going to Walmart or Cub Foods instead to finish my bi-weekly shopping, and save money there instead. The customer service lady was standing there with a 'mountain' of coupons on her desk. What a waste of employee time! I also talked to the Assistant Manager and told him my frustration and they were very nice to give me a QR #. Now to my next frustration.! After breezing through the store happily looking at the prices, putting stuff in my basket, it was time to go to the check out line. Low and behold!!! Long lines and I noticed it was those 'pesky' coupons that were holding up the lines. Again, what a waste of valuable employee time. It took me almost half an hour until it was my turn. OK, I'm done venting. Now I'm going to unpack my groceries. Had to call and write this, because if you don't hear from us customers, you wouldn't know. I want you to be successful!
