Metropolitan Auto Body & Paint took such great care of my car. It's new so I panicked when I smudged some of my bumpers paint and found a place with great ratings in customer service and results. They fixed the bumper in an instant and even recommended service that I was happy to accept. They're trustable unlike a lot of places in here. Your car will be in good hands. Second time at this shop. I have bad luck with people hitting my car. Fortunately, these guys take great care of you. Thanks for the great work.

My car was parked hit many months ago and I finally decided to look around town for an auto shop. After seeing good reviews about the Metropolitan auto body I called to get a quote on the cost of the damage to be repaired. They immediately looked at the damage and advise me to contact my auto insurance, report the damage, and get a claim. It was huge cost-saving advice as I was able to get help from my insurance. Were proactive in their response and with minimum interruption. They handled everything for me after I left my car at the shop. When I picked up my car, I was amazed at the result, definitely made my day! Definitely will be the shop I bring my car back for any future repairs.

I came here after someone hit my parked car, not knowing any auto body shop in the city. I am far from a car expert, but Alex seemed very knowledgeable and upfront about my car's condition and what my options were. He seemed very honest about everything I needed to know about the insurance process and the repair process. Overall, the people at Metropolitan Auto are friendly and seem trustworthy. This is my new number one auto shop!! I came here because the skid plate on my car needed to be replaced. Charles was excellent to communicate with and followed up with me after I left to tell me how much the part would be to make sure the price was okay before moving forward. This was truly a 5-star service, and I didn't doubt for one second whether or not I was getting ripped off! Highly recommended!!!
