I,am an Hvac Mechanic with an Assocites degree in HVAC fro Univeristy Of Northwestwern OHIO.. I would like to mention , an I apoligize how much for this , writting is about to bring you but first all, the employees you have working for you all are, so we call "" milking your company , so how we say, it is not the sub contractors but if we are behind schedule it has to do with the employees you have employed, I am talking about just an 8hr day which includes a 15min brake whichj they take 30 miniutes, and a 45, to an, hour break ,now most of there faults has to do with the foreman and the duct work that is being displayed , which most of it comes to the job sight, crooked, like we say so forth the plumbers should not have to blame the sub- contracters cause most of the HVAC, and Plumbers walk and act like turtles, We should never be behind schedule , it is only 8hrs..
