I would like to mention , an I apoligize how much for this , writting is about to bring you but first all, the employees you have working for you all are, so we call "" milking your company , so how we say, it is not the sub contractors but if we are behind schedule it has to do with the employees you have employed, I am talking about just an 8hr day which includes a 15min brake whichj they take 30 miniutes, and a 45, to an, hour break ,now most of there faults has to do with the foreman and th...
