WE WON OUR CASE AGAINST THEM!! DO NOT BUY CARPET FROM KOELLISCH CARPET in Madison. But, you will never get your money back because he and his lawyers play games. STILL trying ways to get it back. This started in November of 2019. Too long of a story but it was the Worst experience we've ever had with a business. Owner would not give our money back even though we Cancelled. He's reacts to everything as though He's the victim. It's all about Him. We simply cannot understand how he is still in, nobody we've talked to can understand it.
