I have not had a good experience with your company. I join the others who have contacted you in vain to complain about your packaging of amlodipine besylate. Apparently you do not care and feel that you can treat older people anyway that you choose!

SHAME ON YOU- packaging needed pills in impregnable plastic.
My mother CANNOT open these on her own. I break them with tools, so she can get to her drugs. You should NOT be proud of this packaging design. I'd like to scream "you MORONS!" , and what WASTEFUL packaging.
She just about ends up in tears trying to get into this . I'm just p----- at you !

These packages are terrible!!! The meds are for my Mother who is 80 and she can't open them so I have to. Then she has pills laying around in a baggy which could get her in trouble because all RX must be in a prescription bottle. All you guys care about is the money! Why don't you think about the customer and help them instead of adding to their problems.

I'm age 62. I want you to know how much I detest the shellpak packaging of my high blood pressure medication. I immediately remove each pill and put them in a pill bottle. ALSO, what a wasteful use of plastic that just goes into our landfills and lasts for eternity. SHAME on you! Do something to correct this waste.

Dear Sirs, I get the following meds packaged by your company, hydrochlorothiazide and glimepiride. My sister and I have club hands and have had many surgeries on the just so we can open the partially. We suffer with degenerative arthritis which gets worse as time goes by and we can NOT use your products. Your packages are hard to get our meds out that we have to have. I do not understand why your company has not taken into consideration the customers that HAVE TO HAVE THE MEDS YOU PACKAGE!! I personally have asked the pharmacist 5-6 times to not give me your packages but they continue to give them to me. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR PACKAGES TO BE MORE ARITISIS FRIENDLY/EASILY TO USE. As of now your packages are horrible!!!!!!

I see I am not the only one who has a problem with your packaging. My mother is 84, had diabetic Neuropathy and arthritis in her hands and is unable to remove the sleve from your package, I on the other hand have neither afflictions and am reduced to foul language by the time i finally totally destroy the package to get the medication out. I am an RN and work with the elderly in the home setting and have yet to find one that hasnt had a problem with it. Since these individuals are the ones responsible for obtaining access to the medications would it not be excellent customer service to listen to what they have to say and try another form of packaging to accommodate their needs?

Holy Smoke. I guess that I'm not the only one who has problems with the packaging of my meds. The plastic packs are not awful...only pretty bad but the heavy paper packs are almost impossible to break into. The "press and hold here" spot doesn't work at all and I end up tearing the daggone thing apart and cussing until I'm close to stroke time. Jack Sheets

I'm baacckk. I just got my 90-day supply of cholesterol tablets and had to pry the blister pack open with a screwdriver -- it only took 20 minutes, and what do you care. This time I only dropped three tablets on the floor, but praise the Lord that my artificial knees allowed me to pick them up and that I could see with my bifocals.
I see that these tablets are made in Croatia. I have a suggestion: why doesn't someone in your company learn to speak Croatian (you know -- spikka da langwich) and tell them to put the tablets in a small plastic bottle that would take up less room and would be more convenient for the user.
You all are now 90 days older than when I last wrote. I wish for your old age all the senility, arthritis, and crabby disposition that you can possibly get. I sign myself -- Rosalie Krup
