DO NOT use this company to represent you in any real estate transaction. Charles Patrick, the ONLY employee and owner of the company, is very arrogant, discourteous and doesn't care to follow any rules showing time. Today 12/6/24, I had a showing at a 585 Lake Shore Road Parsippany at 10:45am - 11:00am and he shows up 10 minutes early and barges into my showing saying, "It's cold outside and I don't want to wait" He doesn't even ask if he can come in or even greets me, he just barges in and shows his client around. Usually agents like me would work with another agent if they are late or early and I would of been happy letting him enter my showing IF HE HAD ASKED, but he didn't. I don't know how this guy thinks he is and what gives him the right to barge into another agent's showing time with a client. VERY RUDE, ARROGANT AND DISRESPECTFUL!
