Martins Maintenance - Rhode Island Company Stays Competitive Since 1978, Martins Maintenance, Inc., a commercial cleaning and building service contractor based in Rhode Island, has been providing a huge range of cost-saving, janitorial, repair, and maintenance services to clients throughout the United States. Known for its outstanding customer service, the Rhode Island-based company is committed to reducing the spread of germs in the workplace by employing a color-coded system for its work tools. While it may seem like common sense, using different colored rags, buckets, or mops for the bathroom and other areas of an office space is not common practice. This commitment to ensuring a healthy environment for its customers is just one way that Martins Maintenance stands out from its competition. Martins Maintenance also has a competitive edge thanks to its rigorous inspection program, leveraging cloud-based technology and tablets to take pictures and make comments about the areas it’s working on. This information is accessible to the company’s quality control and compliance department, providing department staff with the ability to review every nook and cranny of customers’ buildings in real-time. Meanwhile, the cloud-based system ensures that communication between the department and the workers on-site is immediate and promotes rapid solutions for any problems and compliance issues that come up during work. Customers can also log into a cloud portal to view these inspections and communicate with the team.
