I did a lot of research before determine which pool contractor to work with and Kevin just made me feel comfortable. They were not the cheapest, but close it it. Kevin put all of my requests in writing to eliminate any confusion and built my pool within a month. Kevin answered all of my questions regarding the process and was very honest about the process. I am very happy in the pool construction process and the service I am still receiving regarding questions I have on pool maintenance. It is refreshing not to have to deal with a salesperson who then will have to communicate what you agreed upon to the contractor. With Sapphire, you only deal with Kevin and he makes the process as painless as possible. Even his construction crews were very respectful of the residents during construction. I would recommend Kevin for any of your pool needs. He is very knowledgeable, easy to work with, reliable, and is very fair with pricing.
