I am a customer that is not very happy. The owner of coldstat refrigeration Ion Sarkisian and his son John Sarkisian are very unprofessional and very rude as well as racist. I had a tech come to my place of business and he did not finish the job.when I called Vicki Swarts the office girl all she did was yell and threaten to hang up on me.they charged my credit card without my knowing. So then I spoke to Tracie Ludwig and that got no resolution she sounds like she has rocks in her mouth when she speaks.so then I was passed over to Larry Morgan which again I was yelled at and told I would receive my refund back.and still have not.it has been over a year. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE NICKLE AND DIMED AND TREATED HORRIBLY Thank yo for your time
