Very surprised at reading that old review. I lived in one of their apartments in 2015, 2016, 2019 and the beginning of 2020. I never experienced anything like what was stated in the other review. I always thought they seemed to be very attentive. I wouldn't have gone back in 2016 and then again in 2019 when I stayed on past my then lease.
The only problem I have with many of these smaller management companies is that they do not have business services set up on the internet (like paying rent online). It doesn't seem like it would be that expensive and it would be a great convenience for the tenants, plus I assume, it would be more efficient for them to run their business.

Christoff management is simply a joke. Beverly and Tom are extremely rude and inconsiderate toward their tenants. They are not worried about problems that need addressed, they have a "whatever" attitude. The apartment prices are very decent and that is probably the only plus side to christoff's properties, but it is not worth the many headaches that come with living in them. There are too many other apartments with management who cares about the conditions their tenants live in. Shame on you Beverly and Tom, at both of your ages you should know how to treat people decently. We pay you every month to live in your apartments and we are your customers, from someone who deals with the public on a daily basis, I could never imagine treating people the way you do.
