M & M Services is uninsured and not bonded. Be wary. We used Maria Pochaba's services. We hired a live-in companion to care for my 89 year old father who has advanced alzheimer's. My 87 year old mother is his primary caretaker. We hired "Olga" who seemed very nice. We were told she was a medical physician in Poland. After 8 days, she had a ride arranged to pick her up. She ran out of the house without giving my parents any advance notice, AND ABSCONDED WITH $4000 CASH! Do yourself a favor, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Only use a bonded, licensed, insured service.
