Gaugler's Jewelers is one of the FEW honest and most reasonably prices small time stores around anymore. His prices are better than Kays, Zales and most other Mall stores you can come accross. His service is hands down "THE BEST!!!"

Not really a recommendation. I dropped my husband's 1960 Zodiac Sea Wolf watch off to get a new crystal. They lost the watch and it took months of me calling and calling to get it back. Everytime I called they acted like it was the first time I was calling about the problem. No one ever called me back. This went on for months! Finally they located the watch in Phila and when I went to pick it up at the store they asked why I had originally brought it in. Huh!!! And the crystal was not replaced. Obivously poor record keeping.
