Beware! Although the business sells quality and custom-made jewelry, the customer service is deplorable! My husband has purchased over the past 8 years literally hundreds of thousands of dollars in jewelery from Michael Whitby. Yet when I go in for a simple repair, my items are ignored and not repaired. When talking with the proprietor himself, he admits there is "no other" customer who spends like my husband, yet offers only a weak "I'm sorry" for the delay in repair. Bottom line: find a jeweler who values your business. (By the way, he also knows my husband is dying from prostate cancer. Maybe Whitby sees no $'s at the end of the rainbow...?) MNGural
