In the process of buying a condo there is a furnace inspection the make sure the furnace is working properly. Buller Mechanical was hired to inspect the furnace on a vacant condo. Report states furnace works properly. We closed moved in and on the 1st day the furnace did not work. I just got off the phone with apparently the owner of Buller Mechanical. He was Very Rude Defensive and unwilling to recheck the furnace. Unwilling to stand by his furnace inspection. His Defensive Disposition I believe comes from other customers calling him out on his Fake HVAC inspections. His response was (( it worked when I looked at it )) maybe he's been saying that for years. Bad attitude, Bad business. Bad customer service = BAD Rating
