I recently used a newspaper coupon that advertised a reduced rate for a complete service for ,what I considered a bargain, upon arrival with my wifes machine, the owner advised me that it needed more than that.And he gave me a higher price than the coupon had advertised. But lacking the expertise, I agreed. that alone brought the repairs to more than a new machine at any local outlet. He also told me it would be about a week for it to be ready. And he would call me to let me know when it was ready. after three weeks i went to his place and he couldnt find it after a long search he came back with it. and now the price had double again. this is his way of making a profit. I would not recomment his Company to any one in El PAso. signed DISAPOINTED
