I was a loyal customer of hometown for many years. But, recently i experienced the worst treatment ever. I am not the only one with this complaint lately either. The way i and my friend were treated has made us deceide to take our business elsewhwere (aarons). The manager, Terry, was so rude to me, no one ever returns your call, not too sure about a knowledgeable repair staff either. Im so disappointed, you have lost my business now and that of the others i had recommended. I have nothing nice to say so i guess i wont say anymore. Janice Shannon

I love Hometown and the staff is so good to me. I have been with them for a few years and they go out of their way to help me get what I need or want. I have never seen them disrespect or be rude with any customer that comes in the door. I can not speak more highly of Sidney, Grace and their staff.…
