Hello, my family and I have been doing business at this Jernigan's store for many years. It first started as a shoe store before I was born in 1958 so I don't know for sure how long it has been around. More recently (the past 12 years or so) I have been going to this business for all my quilting needs. The owner Chris and her husband Frank run this store where I get my stamped goods for embroidery and the selection is fabulous. Tons of thread colors to choose from also to complete my embroidery projects. On top of all that, Chris and Frank will complete my quilts on their top of the line quilting maching. The patterns are so cute that they use to quilt my family heirlooms. I do all the embroidery and piece my quilt tops together (although Chris has put a few together for me in a pinch). Don't tell them but they are worth my trip from the Chicago area to Ava, Missouri just to have them do my work (Very reasonable prices keep me returning). I am heading that way very soon to have Chris put together a special quilt for me to give as a gift before Christmas. Can't wait to see them again. They always have a special running (even if it isn't time for a sale) and you can count on getting the very best deal on all your sewing needs.
