These people are extremely shady! They do not care for their properties at all! The fire code was multiple years out of service until I mentioned something to them. I was one of five residents in their building that complained about black mold and being sick to them. They ignored all of us and said it was everyone else's fault. They refuse to care for their buildings at all. They are higher class slumlords! And worst off if you look into their past they have been accused of scamming people out of millions of dollars in Florida and committing the same violations before they move to Pennsylvania! I highly recommend you do not rent nor deal with him or his wife Marsha at all! And of course they are not accredited with the BBB. But they will be getting reported to them as well as the health and fire department. Oh not to mention they scam almost every single resident out of their entire security deposit when they leave. I have multiple sources that will back up anything that I've said here. Very poor people and even worse landlords, or should I say slumlords. They should not be permitted to practice at all and they should be required to live in the despicable and deplorable issues that they leave residents with!

They make finding your apartment easy. I have been renting from them for 6 months and I have not had any issues what so ever. Their staff is friendly and straight forward. I will be renewing my lease with them!
