This company is so hard to get in touch with! We switched our provider to them because the previous company's customer service. After meeting with Kyocera a couple of times we decided to make the switch. They promissed us single billing for our phones, printer, and internet. This did not happen! We now get MORE bills, although they told us the internet was included in the bill (yes we have it in writing) that didn't happen! My husband is military so when we got military orders we contacted Kyocera to terminate out lease - we will be moving out of state and closing our office. After MONTHS of calling them they finally agreed (only after having to get our attorney involved). We told them we need to keep our phone number for now to finish the close out but they refused. When we tried to port it to a different company they can not provide us the with passcode to do so. Overall we are very unhappy with the service received with Kyocera. The equipment is great (after we finally worked out the kinks of the bad install).
