Scotsdale apartments is a place for future tenants to come and find a place to live. It has a diverse price range for those who can and have some doubts of affordable and convenient living.

Very friendly staff. I have lived in a spacious townhome since 2019. I live in the 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, basement, and a wooden deck. Close to schools and within a short distance of stores. So if you're looking for a quality life, move to quail ridge where pets and children are welcome.

Delaware on primrose apartments are a quite and very nice place to live. I've lived here over two years and I have had no problems.

I hace lived at Southcreek for alnmost 2 years and just renewed my lease. The property manager is always available when somethiing is needed. I love the locaiton and the maintenance individuals are very kind and prompt. I will live here for a few more years!

We have dealt with the Wooten Company through two different complexes in the past 6 months, and both experiences were beyond awful. We initially moved into Seminole North, and lived there for about 4 months. We knew it was not the best of the best by any means, but the product we got was below subpar. We are non-smokers, and were assured the property allowed smoking but it wouldn’t be an issue in our apartment. Unfortunately, all of our belongings (clothes, furniture, everything) began to noticeably smell like smoke and we both started with a bad cough. We looked into options of remedying the situation, but the landlord essentially told us that the person below us just smoked too much to do anything about it. There was an almost monthly spray for German cockroaches… literally. The giant ones. The parking lot was a constant drug deal, and the police were generally in the vicinity at least once a week. The security guards knew the loud folks by name and upon complaints typically just checked in with them to say hi, instead of actually resolving the issue. Our landlord told us there wasn’t anything we could do except try another apartment in the same complex for a $325 transfer fee. It wasn’t until I contacted a different Wooten property did I find out that we could in fact get out of Seminole North and transfer our lease to another Wooten property for $100. Needless to say, we jumped at the chance and moved to Lakewood Village apartments on the south side of Springfield. Sadly,
