Unhappy Parent
Terrible business people. Pete has a very nasty attitude and apparently the business telephone number is a personal number because when the business was called on 2 occasions, Pete picked up and said he was eating dinner. If you are eating dinner and someone contacts your business number, let the call go to voicemail and return it another time. That just seems like good business sense to me. Instead, Pete verbally chastized my teenage son and myself when we had only called to clarify a point that he made to my son regarding required paperwork. Consequently, this school will not be getting any business from this household or any friends in need of a driving school. My recommendation would be go to ANY other school if you want to have a professional relationship with the person who is to instruct your child behind the wheel.
