Use this company only if you want techs who know what they are talking about, friendly and on time. Their phone support people are very courteous as well. It was a pleasure doing business with them. A tech came out and in a short period of time steered me away from an expensive repair on my beverage fridge and had me go back to the maufacturer for a warranty that I didn't think I had. He was right.

Use this company only if you want techs who know what they are talking about, friendly and on time. Their phone support people are very courteous as well. It was a pleasure doing business with them. A tech came out and in a short period of time steered me away from an expensive repair on my beverage fridge and had me go back to the maufacturer for a warranty that I didn't think I had. I would definitely recommend Immediate Appliance Service, they had a technician at my house within the hour. He was very professional and was able to fix my washer. It saved me time and of course the big expensive of buying new.
