I am a local real estate investor in Miami. I have acquired his services on 5 defferent poperties. I was very impressed with the estimate process and his punctuality? After my first investment I knew that I would not go to any one but J L.They did my old popcorn ceilings that is made of the 1/4 inch plaster and there is no wetting and scraping. He manuually scraped the rough stuff and layered the ceiling flat. When dry he did the knock down like I have never seen done before. I wish I knew of him when I did my personal home, it is not even close and looks terrible compared to the work of J L. Jose Lopez is the owner operator and takes great pride in his work. Jose is a man of his word and cleaned up perfectly after they were done.
