My experience was less than favorable as this business is disorganized. This is a husband and wife team, and I received a lot of miscommunications from them regarding getting a fence and counter top bid and upon asking for clarification their first reaction was to tell me that they could not break down the specific details of the bid. However, he had given my neighbor the same fence bid and did that exact thing that I was asking for. I felt as though they were trying to take advantage of me and not be open to providing me details. His wife communicates via text and she's often very forgetful as she gave me an install date then reneged on the date after I asked questions. I'm disappointed as I now have to obtain a new bid. This company does not welcome questions regarding their services, and especially does not care to provide details of their bids.
