There is on-going educational training for the entire agency: Currently, a member in upper management is a candidate to become a CSA (Certified Senior Advisor). We have an A- rating with the Better Business Bureau. One of the owners has a 30 year association in the home care field. The senior owner has 30 years experience in ministry.
