Always a problem with this transportation, my dad has dialysis and I'm always having to take him .I would have to call so they can pick up my dad and most times they don't pick up the call. So I would take him but it's been happening almost all the times now I'm starting to write down dates they don't show up cause not that they just don't pick up there call they don't show up at all! I work at 9 am and I would have to wake up 4am to take him an and its 15 mins away from the house I gets no sleep for work . An when they do show up late they don't even call to say they are on there way. But I had already taken him. Last excuse he said the car broke down n running late. I said why didn't u call he said couldn't find the number. I know I should be calling them and complaining to the owner but I called an its 5 am They are not open till 8am n who am I supposed to complain to and call when they don't show up they give me a number to call when I do call nobody's picks up so now I'm here mad!cause I just got back from taking my dad to dialysis
