Larry came to my house an hour late. He had no idea what he was there to do because no notes were taken when I originally called apparently. He was there for barely over an hour and charged $190.00 and told me the hourly rate was $50 and that he charged another $50 for a "wire trace" because the machine is worth $1800. He never informed me in advance he would be charging extra for that. By my math, that comes out to $100 anyway. He then told me that he knocked off $25 already to be a "nice guy" and I should be happy. Terrible.
