I am a frequent customer of the Buttery Company and appreciate the great customer service, quality products, variety and fair prices. The only thing I would change about the company is the manager (Mary). Every time I shop there she seems to be in a bad mood and appears to hate her job. The biggest problem is that she takes it out on the employees by humiliating them in front of customers and other employees. This makes for bad business. It is clear that she is a micro manager and feels she has to prove something simply because she"s a woman in a typical male environment. The only thing she accomplishes by her foul attitude and poor management technique is making everyone feel uncomfortable. Other than the manager, it is a great place to shop for hardware. Robert C.
