Dwayne Simper installed a septic tank and leach lines for my mother outside of Flatonia. She started having trouble with the leach lines not draining. She contacted Dwayne about it multiple times about coming out to fix it. He never came out. She ended up contacting a different company to look at the issue. The leach lines were running UP HILL. She had the second company replace the lines. She has not had any problems since the new install. My mom called Dwayne to tell him what the outcome was. He was not concerned, did not apologize, and did not offer a refund for a botched job! I would NOT recommend this company at all!! My mother is on a fixed income & he robbed her!
