I am not happy with the kind of service or the lack of service I received at your company. I will be spending my money at at business that wants my service and money because the way you spoke to me on the phone was very rude and well tacky! I will make sure everyone I know will not waste their time at your store looking for furniture. I was approved in your store by you yourself and contacted a week later that my furniture was being ordered and that I would be in the following day to put my down payment on it. An hour later i was called and told.... "we will not be able to help you with your bedroom!" and hung up on and when i called back to inquire why you were very rude and short and I was hung up on again. I was going to give $500 down and that is more than what you had asked me to give down $286 but if you are doing so well with your business that you can afford to be rude to your customers and turn away business then I will gladly spend my money at another company!
