Rollin N Dowe
Called to see if they had a 1/2inch compression union in schedule 40 and they said they did. I drove from the northwest side of town only to find they had NONE. A plumber indicated they had not had any in several days! While there I listened to a manager tell people on the phone that they had what they wanted even though they didn't. Sadly, when he hung up he joked that he would try to sell something else that they did have to people they were dumb enough to buy it! Apparently he thought it was funny. NEVER buying at a True Value Hardware Store again!
