Hi, my Name is Richard and I have a complaint. I go to your car wash atleast 3 times or more a week, it is because my son lives on a lime rock rd. in the begining your car wash was doing a good job but now it seems it only does have a good job . I would like to know is your equipment in need of an up grade or do you not even care. Hi my name is Mike Watson, I'm new to the area. been going to the Spring Hill car wash for about 5 months now. On Christmas day I received a gift card with $50. on it. Shorty after the Holidays were over, I use the card 2 times, for a total of $20. I started to have problems with the card. I was getting help with a staffer name Travis, he told me he was the manager. He did try and help me out, and issued me a New card and also put back on the card $20. on the card. Shorty after that time I used the card twice for a total of $35. Which would have left me with a total of $15. The card stop working. On 1/31/12. so I went over to the manger again Knowing I was having problems with the card and he told me he wasn't going to help me no more. I would like some to help me get my Money back or just fixes the card so I can finish-up the card, that has MY MONEY on it. I also think that the customer service Is very Poor!.
